1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

Barkleap is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, or customs charges) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction—and your pet’s safety—are our top priorities.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Barkleap is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, please:

Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim
We will provide tracking details to assist your claim, but refunds cannot be issued for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
